Hankun Fluid Helps a Thermal Power Plant Solve Oscillation Issue with Regulating Electric Actuator.

Recently, a thermal power plant experienced issues with its existing electric actuators, including insufficient regulation accuracy and frequent oscillations. This not only affected the performance of the regulating valves and system efficiency but also posed a risk of potential equipment damage. Hankun Fluid successfully helped the customer resolve this problem completely.

We immediately communicated with the customer's on-site technical personnel to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operating conditions, accurately identify the difficulties and pain points, and confirm the core requirements. Subsequently, we promptly developed a solution: selecting the HKP.3D series frequent-regulation electric actuator for the customer. This product utilizes a brushless DC motor drive. In addition to providing soft start and close functions, it also features speed regulation capability, allowing for the setting of multiple operation speeds as needed to adapt to specific operational demands.

After the installation and commissioning of the HKP.3D electric actuator, it operated stably and regulated precisely, resolving the original issue of frequent oscillations. This enhanced the overall system performance and met the customer's on-site operational requirements.
